About Us

Kleine Vallei Guest Farm's accommodation consists of a beautiful, neat farm house which is operated as a family concern. It all started with accommodating family and friends in their "own house" as we did not have enough space to accommodate guests.

We decided that Kleine Vallei will be the ideal place for people all over the world to experience real farm life at its finest. Here we produce rooibos tea, oranges, potatoes, wine grapes, sheep and goats.

Throughout the year different things are happening on the farm. As our guests arrive, we inform them about the activities taking place. If they are interested we take them on a farm tour and let them be part of farm activities such as milking the cow and feeding lambs which lost their mothers during the lambing season. The kids love this experience the most.

We recently started producing organic rooibos tea and our intention is to establish an organic environment for the whole farm. As most parts of the unit are isolated, the vicinity makes this the ideal place to do organic farming. Most of our visitors are interested in this way of farming and are very keen on learning about the whole process, from the small seedling to the lovely cup of tea we enjoy drinking.
